The summer school was titled: “Handing down disaster experiences and lessons-learnt to the next generation”. Total nearly 50 from 18 universities in 11 countries participated in this event and learned the experience and recover process from the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami and discussed the role of science and technology.
